These two evenings are opportunities for anyone who is interested in Christian Meditation to

•      learn the essential teachings of Christian Meditation.

•     experience the gift of Meditation.

•      discover how meditation ‘becomes a bridge of peace and unity’.

•      be introduced to the World Community of Christian Meditation.
