The Varieties of Spiritual Experience

Numinous and mystical experiences are not just in the realm of saints, seers andsages, but are commonplace, and especially so among people who pray and meditate. However, few people talk about such experiences and usually only to those they trust.
The day will start with an overview of the various ways God uses these experiencesto encourage us on our journey, and the impact these have on our life and faith. We will also briefly delve into the extensive research and writing that has been undertaken into the phenomena over the past 120 years.

Please bring pen and paper. The day will be led by Vincent Maire, Auckland regional coordinator of WCCM-NZ.
